Proverbs 28:20-26

A faithful person will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished. To show partiality is not good–yet a person will do wrong for a piece of bread. The stingy are eager to get rich and are unaware that poverty awaits them. Whoever rebukes a person will in the end gain favor rather than one who has a flattering tongue. Whoever robs their father or mother and says, ‘It’s not wrong,’ is partner to one who destroys. The greedy stir up dissension, but those who trust in the LORD will prosper. Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe. Proverbs 28:20-26 TNIV Bible

This is a lot to think about in the times we live in. Given how the economy is, it is easy to be tempted to do wrong to get ahead. As born again, regenerated Christians we should know better. Now more than ever we are in the wilderness and we are wondering. Those that are left will be fit to enter into the promise land. Think about it….. He is watching how we respond, who will be that faithful servant?

P.S. Don’t let anyone call you a sinner if you are saved. The children of God have been justified, we are saints! so act like your Father.
